Background: Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) has emerged as an important gastrointestinal (GI) disorder during the last 15 years, affecting approximately 15% of patients with dysphagia EoE presents a diagnostic challenge because eosinophils are also feature acid-induced esophagitis.The aim this study was to evaluate prospectively presence eosinophilic and lymphocytic in typical gastroesophageal reflux disease symptoms. Patients Methods: This prospective which conducted on 200 patients, estimate prevalence symptoms.Results: Regarding serum IgE laboratory investigation, all cases 6 (100%) diagnosed have showed elevated level ((normal range used according was: 0 – 165 IU/ml). There statistical significance for peripheral eosinophilia between positive negative Conclusion: is not uncommon presented out having symptoms GERD. All history allergy most them asthmatic.
